I like everything. The print is beautiful, matting and frame are perfect. My order was packed and shipped very carefully.
The item arrived incorrectly assembled. The picture/matting/acrylic facing were all caught behind some of the tabs, which slightly damaged the matting and facing. I had to pull back the backing that was glued on, slightly tearing it, to fix the tabs. Otherwise, it arrived as advertised and is an attractive picture. It was a gift, and the recipient was very pleased. He has not noticed the damage.

We’re very sorry to learn that the frame arrived incorrectly assembled. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Had we known about the issue when it arrived, we would have been happy to send a replacement at no cost.
