Each piece is custom handcrafted to order, with processing typically taking 3-5 business days. Once shipped, our free standard shipping generally arrives within 5 business days. In total, it might take 10 - 14 days from order to arrive. Please contact us if you need it sooner. We also offer express shipping methods to expedite.

Can I include a gift message for the recipient?

Yes! Simply leave your gift message in the notes section in the cart, and we’ll include a beautifully designed insert with your message in the package. No pricing details will be shown to the recipient.

Can the recipient return or replace the artwork?

Since each piece is custom made to order, returns aren’t available. If you’re unsure about the recipient’s preference, our gift card is a great alternative!

Replacement Guarantee - if there’s any damage to the artwork upon arrival, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost.
