If your print arrives damaged, no need to worry! We'll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost, and there's usually no requirement to return the damaged piece.

You have a 12-hour window to request the cancellation or modification of your order.

To cancel, kindly send us an email to support@inframehouse.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER," including your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.

To modify, please use the subject line "MODIFY MY ORDER" in your email, and again, include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME.

Once 12 hours have elapsed, your order will be in production, and no further changes or cancellations can be accommodated. We print on demand tailored to each customer order so we can't accept returns on cancelations.

Your print will be sent from the closest lab facility to expedite delivery, reduce carbon emissions and prevent potential customs or import fees:

• If you're in the US, your shipment will come from North Carolina.
• UK customers can expect shipment from the UK.
• European customers' prints will be shipped from the Netherlands.
• For those in Australia, shipments originate from Australia.
• Canadian customers' orders are shipped from the US, UK, or the Netherlands (due to the absence of a local lab facility).

Standard Delivery Times: Most orders arrive within 5-14 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping to the US, Canada, EU, UK, and Australia for orders over $500 USD / £500 GBP (UK). For orders below this amount, shipping costs range from 9.99 to 29.99 in local currency, calculated at checkout. Sign up for our newsletter via pop-up or in the footer to receive exclusive coupon codes that can waive shipping costs during promotional periods

Other International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and quantity of items. You can see an estimated shipping cost in your cart before you place your order.

If you're a customer from the US, UK, Europe, or Australia, you can relax knowing that customs duties won't be a concern. Your print will be dispatched from a facility in your country or region.

• Framed Print With Mat - the print size will be smaller and reach the edges of the mat. Minimal cropping to the print may occur to accommodate the mat. 10x10” frames or below have a 1” mat, 11x14” frames or below have a 1.5” mat, and 12x16” or above have a 2” mat.
• Framed Print No Mat - print size related to the size of the acrylic glaze, and does not include the frame width (0.7")
• Rolled Prints (no frame) - print size is edge to edge and does not include a mat or white border.
  - When choosing a framed version, the size relates to the glaze. If you choose to add a mat, the print size will be smaller and reach the edges of the mat. Minimal cropping to the print may occur to accommodate the mat. 10x10” frames or below have a 1” mat, 11x14” frames or below have a 1.5” mat, and 12x16” or above have a 2” mat.
