At Inframe, every piece is printed to order and carefully prepared for its journey to you. Each artwork is fully insured against loss, theft, and damage — from production to delivery.

Art should arrive exactly as intended: beautiful, protected, and ready to become part of your space. If anything falls short of that standard, we will make it right.


Replacements

 

We gladly offer complimentary replacements in the following cases:

  • Your artwork arrives visibly damaged.
  • You receive the wrong size or an incorrect item.
  • The print shows a visible production defect, such as misalignment, fading, blurriness, or imperfections in the matting or frame.

If your order arrives with any issue, please email support@inframehouse.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the artwork
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Once reviewed, we will promptly arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
